Different signals answer different questions

Identity, work records and customer comments should not be collapsed into one unexplained claim.

Different signals answer different questions — concept illustration
Concept imagery illustrates the subject; not a documented customer project or active listing.

Name the question first

Are you trying to identify a business, understand a completed project or read someone’s experience? Each question calls for different information. A piece of evidence that helps with one question may say little about another.

Keep the categories visible

An identity record is not the same as a service history. A photograph does not establish all the facts behind a project. A customer comment is an account that needs its own context. Clear labels make these distinctions easier to see.

Read the limits alongside the claim

Ask what was checked, what was not checked and which source supports the statement. Avoid interpreting an unexplained score or badge as a guarantee. Where several signals are combined, the explanation should remain understandable.

Use evidence to frame the conversation

A useful record helps you ask more precise questions of the business involved. It should not hide missing information or imply a certainty the source cannot support. This article explains an approach to reading claims; it does not certify a business or a transaction.
